Our Story
Introducing “FLOR DE LA JARA”, an extraordinary premium extra virgin olive oil that emerged from a dream of the beautiful marriage of a man from Spain (Jorge), deeply rooted in a family legacy of three generations of olive oil producers, and a talented woman with Jamaican heritage (Tiffany), distinguished in the medical field with a passion for food and healthy products.
Our desire is to share with you our premium extra virgin olive oil crafted with love using traditional methods passed down through generations. We harvest the freshest olives by hand during the winter from our family orchard which has belonged to our family for the last three generations. It is nestled in the mighty “La Jara” region (Montes de Toledo) Spain, where the olive trees benefit from the ideal Mediterranean climate and fertile soils, giving the olives unparalleled taste and aroma. Some of our beautiful trees are centennials and were there before we were born, bringing joy and fruits to our family.
